He has worked as a graphic designer since 1989,
and has outstanding experience developing highly complex graphic and publishing projects. He has developed web projects since 1998. He became interested in usability during 2000, receiving his Master in Usability Studies from the Nielsen Norman Group (Jakob Nielsen; London, 2004). In 2004 he founded the company UserTest/Lab to offer usability services. He continues to run UserTest/Lab, while also working as a development consultant for web and publishing projects. He is a member of the AIAP (Italian Association for Visual Communication) since 1993. He is also a member of the UPA (Usability Professionals' Association) since 2004 |
